Founder
Ron is the founder of Management One. He provides the vision and guidance for the company as a whole while being responsible for all of the systems presently in use today by current licensees. As a Real Estate Professional, Ron saw the lack of efficient property management services available and found it necessary to provide his skill set and expertise to fill the void in the local market and beyond.
Cheri Thomas
Finance Support
Cheri has over 27 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker and has been the President of Management One since its beginning. She has performed every position within the business along with managing their company-owned offices, making her a core building block of the operation.
Todd McEvoy
Software Product Development
Todd is the owner of Precision Business Technology, Inc. In 2005, Management One partnered with Precision to develop the proprietary property management “M1” Software. Todd has been a small business owner for 20+ years and has more than 25 years of experience as designer and application engineer for various industries.
Cara Hopsiter
Software Development
Cara has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate and Property Management industry. She is an integral part of the Management One software design team bringing her extensive knowledge of property management systems into the fold. Cara is part of the onboarding team for new property management companies.
Kristan Pennington
Executive Account Representative
Kristan is a Real Estate Agent and the Executive Account Representative for all new licensees at Management One. She joined the company in 2005, and during her tenure, she has applied her comprehensive skills to many facets of the business from maintenance to human resources and marketing. Kristan will take you step-by-step through the process of getting started with Management One’s License Operating Systems.
