Strategic systems do just that. We’ve developed our systems over 31 years by leasing and rehabbing over 10,000 properties. Then we took it one step further and programmed our proprietary software to manage the systems. Most property management software that purchased off the shelf is not integrated into the systems you’ve developed over time, and that reduces efficiencies and increases cost, especially labor cost.
